First Session (1.5 hours): $120
This session includes a full workout, during which I will assess your fitness level, review your health history, and understand your goals and fitness priorities. Using this information, I will create a personalized training plan tailored to your needs and capabilities.
Individual Sessions: Starting at $95 per session.
Duo Sessions: Starting at $130 per session.
Training Packages: Discounts are available for higher-frequency training packages, with rates adjusted based on the number of sessions and payment method.
